Providence 2009March 12-14, 2009 Hotel Info: Crowne Plaza at the Crossings Booth Info: Tables will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. One 6' table will be provided for each booth purchased, depending on space and table availability. Exhibitor Set-up: Exhibit Hours: Contact info: Special notes: All delivery, removal and storage of materials and boxes must be arranged through the Sales Office in advance of shipment. Please note, pallets will NOT be accepted. Carrier must break down any pallets for inside delivery. Storage space is limited; therefore, the Hotel reserves the right to restrict the number of boxes or cartons stored or shipped in advance. We request materials be shipped to arrive no more than two days prior to the function, and be removed prior to the conclusion of the event. All Events with shipments of 10 boxes or more will be accessed a $4.00 per box storage fee. All shipping arrangements must be made directly by each individual through their selected shipping company. Hotel assumes no liability for damage or loss of any goods or equipment stored, received or shipped on behalf of an organization. The Hotel recommends that each individual procure security for any equipment or valuables to be stored or left unattended.

Please do not send packages more than 3 days prior to the event. Any package received more than 3 days in advance of the meeting will be accessed a $25.00 per package one-time charge until the first day of the meeting. Packages arriving within 3 days of the meeting will be charged according to the following scale; 1-5 packages delivered to meeting space-NO CHARGE. 6 or more packages delivered to meeting space-$3.00 per package. Any package received that weighs more than 100 lbs. will be charged $50.00 (one time fee) A charge of $100.00 will be accessed for each pallet received to the property. (one time fee) When multiple packages are received, they are to be delivered at the same time. We can not split shipments once they are delivered to the hotel.

One 6' or 8' table will be provided for each booth purchased, depending on space and table availability. Please make alternate arrangements for your heavy equipment needs. All equipment must be removed at the end of the clinic. Any equipment left past the clinic dates is subject to hotel removal/storage fees. Due to storage limitations, the hotel will accept prepaid deliveries no earlier than 3 days prior to the clinic. If your packages arrive prior to this window, they will be returned to sender. Please notify the hotel in advance of the shipped items to include quantity, arrival date and shipper at least 1 working day in advance of the delivery.
